These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hidden Pebble Crafts website (the "Site") and any products or services we offer through it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
2. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Products and pricing
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but because every piece is handmade, small variations in colour, shape, and finish are normal and not defects. Prices and availability are shown on each product page and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch the order. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (currently PayPal); we don't receive or store your full payment details. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we are unable to ship to your location.
5. Shipping and delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are your responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email help@hiddenpebble.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to disrupt or damage the Site, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to scrape or harvest content, or to upload anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including photos, product designs, illustrations, logos, and written copy — is owned by Hidden Pebble Crafts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only; any other use requires our prior written permission.
9. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services (for example, payment processing, hosting, and delivery). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Pebble Crafts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected item. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Hidden Pebble Crafts harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hidden Pebble Crafts is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
