This page is maintained by Hidden Pebble Crafts to explain what information we collect when you visit our shop and place an order, and how we look after it. We aim to keep things simple, kind, and only collect what we genuinely need to send your parcel on its way.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, the items in your cart, and the order total. We do not see or store your full card or PayPal account details — payment is handled by PayPal on their own systems.

How we use it

  • To process your order, take payment, and ship your parcel.
  • To contact you about your order if something needs sorting.
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting.
  • To improve the shop and fix problems when they pop up.

We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you specifically ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with trusted services that help us run the shop:

  • PayPal — to take payment securely.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
  • Our hosting and database provider — to store order records so we can fulfil and support your purchase.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar local storage to keep your cart working and to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support you and to meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, they're deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Just drop us a note at help@hiddenpebble.com.
